Visiting the website

To provide and protect the website, the hosting provider processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses, access times, pages visited and browser information. The website at sm-webstudio.ch and workers.dev is hosted by Cloudflare.

Cloudflare is a US provider with an international network. Information about its data processing and international transfers is available in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Contact and project enquiries

When you contact us, we process your contact details and message to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal or deliver an agreed project. The form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. Company, phone number and existing website or domain are optional.

Please provide only information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords or other confidential access details in the form.

Form delivery through FormSubmit

When you submit the form, the entered data is sent to FormSubmit and forwarded by email to info@sm-webstudio.ch. A confirmation containing the details is sent to the customer email address provided. FormSubmit uses reCAPTCHA for spam protection; it may process technical data and use cookies.

FormSubmit states in its documentation that submissions are retained for 30 days. The email we receive is stored independently of this period. Further information is available in its privacy policy and FormSubmit documentation as well as the Google privacy policy.

FormSubmit does not provide a complete list of processing countries or transfer safeguards in its publicly available information. These details remain to be clarified with the provider. Processing exclusively in Switzerland therefore cannot be guaranteed.

Email

Our business mailbox is hosted by Infomaniak. Incoming and outgoing emails are processed there to communicate with you. Information about the provider is available under Infomaniak privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

Our pages do not include advertising or visitor analytics and do not set their own cookies. When you close the privacy and cookie notice, we save your acknowledgement in your browser’s Local Storage. This setting applies only to this device and avoids displaying the notice on every visit. It is not consent to advertising or analytics. You can reopen the notice using “Cookies & Privacy” in the footer. If browser storage is blocked, the notice appears again on the next visit. Technical protection features of the hosting and form services may independently process data or use cookies. The website loads the Manrope font through Google Fonts. Technical connection data, particularly your IP address, is transmitted to Google. Images are served directly by our website. No external maps or social media widgets are embedded.

Google Fonts

Displaying the font requires a connection to Google. Information about data processing is available in the Google privacy policy. Technical data may also be processed outside Switzerland.

Demo links

Example projects are displayed as preview images. Only when you open a demo link do you visit the linked website, where its respective privacy information applies.

Retention

We process enquiries and project documents for as long as needed for communication, contract performance or statutory retention duties. You can request deletion of your enquiry using our contact address; we review which data can be deleted.

Your rights

You can request information about the processing of your personal data and correction of inaccurate details. We assess requests for deletion or restriction under applicable data protection law.
